Do i need SAP Business One in order to work with Retail One?

Yes, you need SAP Business One.

Do you have 24/7 support desk?

Our support desk has work hours from 09:00 to 18:00 mondays through friday and from 09:00 to 13:00 on saturdays. We also have mobile phone numbers to receive red code calls.

What is included in maintenance annual fee?

Includes software updates from new releases and access to our support desk.

If you need a software update in a non working time, it will be charged additional cost.

How is Retail One licensed?

Retail One licenses are per device (computer).

Which operating systems are supported?

Windows 7 and up. Excluding home edition.
